Tweaking Asterisk

/var/log/asterisk/messages keeps saying this:

Unknown SDP media type in offer video 15716 RTP/AVP 31 34

and this:

Maximum retries exceeded on call XXXXXXXXX for seqno 102 (Non-critical Request)

and this:

Unable to load config for mysql CDR's: cdr_mysql.conf

What gives?
