Comcast.com Doesn't Work

I'm trying to use Comcast.com to pay my bill and yet again a focus on "bling" causes core functionality to fail miserably.

I would expect Comcast to have a website that actually works, especially if they are asking customers to use it to pay them. I keep trying to make a one time payment and the lightbox functionality that has been implemented on the payment dialog results in a white empty window.

What's worse, is that the lightbox dialog is initialization removes the vertical scroll bar in my browser (Google Chrome) window.

A standard procedure for most web-enabled businesses, testing a website on at least five or ten major browsers would uncover these failures.
