My comcast business network is having problems. It went down yesterday, and I thought it was an outage. I called support, they said it was the modem.
Today one of our technicians verified that the modem was powered down, but was able to bring it up again after testing the adapter.
The network remained down, and Comcast tech support believes the modem has failed. We lease the modem from them, so at least its their responsibility to supply a replacement.
UPDATE: Comcast came today and replaced the modem so we're back online. Awesome!
