Follow-Up to my post on DNS: Private DNS on Public IPs

I went ahead and signed up with dhis.org and its working great, and more importantly, I’ve started to setup some private DNS servers for my own use on public IP addresses. I’m using unbound which makes it fairly easy to restrict access.

This way I’ll be able to easily serve and keep track of all my machines more easily, even if they are on private subnets. Sweet.
