Afni, Inc.
Even though I have an active Verizon Online account, they somehow seem to think I owe them money for some other account, which I don't. Unfortunately, they've given my name to Afni, Inc. who is now sending me collection letters. I've sent them a few responses, but I believe I need to write to Verizon to try to get to the bottom of this.
Unreturned Modem?
Comcast is getting into the flurry of letters with a recent bill for an unreturned modem. I happen to remember returning the modem, but they don't seem to. Unfortunately I don't have a receipt. Nevertheless, I still have an active Comcast business account, which I only marginally use. I'm willing to keep it open for convenience if they will agree with my position that I have already returned the modem. We'll see what happens!
