I almost forgot to write that letter to Comcast, requesting a refund of $27.09. Doesn't come as a surprise though that they reminded me by sending me a bill asing me for $17.91!
Comcast PO Box 1577 Newark, NJ 07101-1577 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing with regard to account number 87...45. You claim that the modem was not returned. I recall doing so. Please check your records. Furthermore, let me state how difficult it was to cancel my service, and that I am concerned that you fraudulently billed me. I note on your latest bill that there was a previous balance of $27.09. Please issue a payment check to me for this amount immediately. Lastly, let me remind you that I have a business account with Comcast, which costs $110 per month. If you do not comply with my request, I will gladly cancel that account.
