Most hotels offer a wake-up call service, sort of like an alarm clock over the phone, and they used to have a human being doing the task.
Nowadays wake up calls are mostly managed by computer systems. I imagine a system like Askozia would be able to handle this, but what would be the best interface to it - web based of telephone based?
My guess is that most people would prefer a phone based system, but I would prefer a web based system. How about you?
