Just got a call from someone named Derek Sandoval from DPP, saying they needed to speak with me about my merchant account. But wait, I don't have a merchant account, and don't want one. I don't appreciate it when sales people push boundaries, and when I looked up the number he gave saying I should call him back at as soon as possible, 866-420-9069, I found plenty of reports of people feeling that calls from this number were suspicious. I'm not going to call back.
This company is great they saved me $360.00 on my merchant account.
Hi Gary, That's good to hear. If you speak with them, let them know that I would feel more comfortable speaking with them if their tele-sales force was more clear in the message they left.
Well they saved me money as well, maybe you should take the time to actually talk to them. And not just assume that every person you don't know that calls you is trying to screw you. It seems clear from looking at other sites that no one actually gave this company the time of day, maybe if you did you would be able to save some money. I know that no business owner likes to lose money, because lets face it you can never have too much money. I answered the call and set the meeting thinking that I was going to nail this guy when he came in, for trying to sell me something. But, I actually ended up saving money. So maybe you people should give them a try.
