Today is the day! A retired Verizon technician has come back to work for them to help with multiple-dwelling units. One of these technicians is coming by my office today to see if we can get setup. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Hopefully we'll have "true QAM" very soon!
UPDATE: The Verizon FIOS technicians came by the office yesterday and checked out our setup. They wanted to see how the existing telephone wires came into the building and were then distributed to each office suite. After that, they showed me some "micro-duct", as well as some pictures of the equipment that would be installed.
