Nightly Business Report was chock full of mobile telecom news tonight. Here's a recap:
- AT&T didn't sign up as many iPhones as hoped
- Verizon Wireless has sent 10 billion text messages
- Google has allocated $5 billion for the upcoming wavelength auction, but will only bid if the FCC rules change to provide open access to devices and operator leasing
Personally, I highly doubt that the FCC will make any changes.
