Bloomberg is reporting that Google is bidding on wireless airwaves, and plans to build partnerships with small carriers to compete with AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless. I hope this comes to fruition!

Chris Sacca, head of special projects for Google, said "We see a lot of companies in this space who we would love to collaborate with, there are a lot of folks who would love to compete."
