I don't get it. We have 7Mbps downstream and 768Kbps upstream, but we're getting dropped packets on the downstream. What gives? The upstream is fine, i.e. the caller on the other end of the line can hear us fine.
This could be a continuation of the problems I was having with Comcast yesterday, or could be a problem with our LAN, not sure yet. I'm redesigning our network, so I'll fix all the glitches as best I can.
