To follow up on the last post about Google's 411 service, I have to mention the new 211 service. 211 is being rolled out across the nation, slowly but surely, to provide essential, but not critical or emergency, support for our citizens.
Currently this service is not available throughout the nation, and in the areas it serves, it may not be available 24 hours a day.
