Is it possible to put more than one mobile phone on a single telephone number? I ask because I was just checking out the wireless pc cards at Verizon Wireless. I bet you'd probably need two separate numbers. Verizon Wireless offers Broadband Access and National Access. I'd just want it for stationary backup access.

Sprint has unlimited internet access for $59 / month
T-Mobile has unlimited internet access for $49 / month
Verizon has unlimited internet access for $79 / month
Cingular / ATT Wireless has unlimited access for $59.99 / month
The word "unlimited" there is not really "unlimited". In fact Verizon says that anyone using over 5GB per month are violating the terms of the agreement.
The more appropriate option would be a WISP (wireless internet service provider), like CommunityWISP.
