I recently bought a couple of Polycom Soundpoint 501's, they are very nice, and a sizeable step up from the 301. Comes with POE adapter, 2-way speakerphone, bigger screen, and more buttons!
You may be familiar with Polycom because of their terrific and wildly popular Soundstation "meeting-style" speakerphone.
