There are a couple of things that make me hesitant when considering which mobile phone to get next. I'm leaning towards getting the KRZR, but want to make sure I can:
- Transfer files via bluetooth - mp3's and pictures
- Use dial-up networking (DUN)
These tasks should be super easy, but Verizon Wireless disables the first feature on the latest Motorola phones in efforts to force customers to have to pay to use their PixPlace and vCast services. Thanks! (sarcasm)
With my e815, I was able to turn the OBEX features back on, and I think its possible with the KRZR. Mark Venture's CDMA pages on the KRZR say its alot like the RAZR V3C/V3M, and it looks that can be "hacked" just like the e815. Yes - Mark's pages say that the techniques applied to the e815 also apply to the RAZR. Can anyone confirm this?
